1. Scan the QR code with your mobile camera

2. Point your phone at the photo after launching Moving Memories app. 

UPLOADING GUIDE:

Before uploading your video please ensure that if your photo is Landscape (horizontal)
then you video should be the same Landscape format. Likewise with Portrait (vertical) the photo and video need to be the same. 

The ideal length of you video should be 20-30 seconds and ideally no more than 2 minutes and be sure you are happy with the quality and composition, as this is what will be used to create your order. Also remember that when you view an image on your computer screen that it appears lighter than a printed version because it is backlit. 

As a quality guide, If your digital file is at least 150 dpi (dots per inch), it should look good on canvas and acrylic. However,If your order is for large sizes it is better to use a high resolution image of 300 dpi.

The DPI of an image can be found by right clicking on the image, selecting properties, selecting the details tab and scrolling down.
